Allure Beauty Box February 2016 Subscription

Allure Beauty Box Luxury Samples Blogging Love Frances

Allure's February Beauty Box was specially curated to combat the evils of winter.

The Pur-Lisse Daily Lip Nourisher won my heart this month.
Fragrance free, nourishing, conditioning, and full of wonderful good for your skin ingredients!
Mango seed butter, vit e, shea butter, jojoba & rice bran oil soothes its way into your dry & chapped lips in seconds.
Easily a year round fave. It also came in full size valued at 16$ (the box costs 15$ you already won!)

2nd on my faves list was the Bulgari Omnia Paraiba perfume. The bottle is way too cute to be hidden.  My only gripe was the top is hard to get off. Put the bottle on a flat stable surface and gently pry the lid off. Please be careful. You can spill it all.
I am a perfume fiend! I LOVE the samples I get in beauty boxes, for gifts, etc. The more the better!
You dab this fresh and delicate scent on.
Immediately you smell the passionfruit, orange, then the florals.
Its perfect for any season, dressed up or in sweats.
This is my new "go to".
Price 82.00$ for 2.2 oz.

And 3rd we have Lancome Visionnaire Nuit Beauty Sleep Perfector Advanced Multi Correcting Gel-in-Oil
Yes, that is the name!
It is an overnight skin moisturizer.
The moisturizer feels gel like coming out, but turns into a soothing oil as you rub it into your skin.
It did not clog or grease up my oily skin.
A little too rich for daytime wear.
A small sample with maybe 3-4 very spare uses, but the stuff feels like magic!
Full sized is 88$

The Skinfix Ultra Rich Hand Cream is a thick, fragrance free, miracle worker.
My cuticles are DRY year round and one application made my guys look softer.
After a day of shoveling snow sans gloves this lotion resurrected not only my hands but my face too!
Full size is 9.99$ at Target

Allure February Beauty Box Review on

Kevin Murphy Hydrate Me Wash and Rinse is a helluva product! I was concerned it would be too moisturizing and rich for my oily at the roots, fine, hair.
The scent "sweet and a little tart, like lemon cake" is a perfect scent descriptor.
Not overwhelming, to me, but fragrant sensitive folks may not like it as much.
Scent aside, I was impressed with how lush the shampoo and conditioner felt in my wet hair.
Afterwards I did not use my "It's a 10" lightweight version leave in & used the tiniest dab of my "Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum".
Honestly I believe curly haired, coarse haired, severely dry haired, and those who bleach, a lot, haired folks would fall in LOVE with this stuff.
Full sized prices is 27.50$ each for more info

And last but not least...Hello Breath Spray in Sweet Mojito Mint.
It promises to get rid of coffee breath. I loved the look and portability of the container, I even enjoyed the taste of the spray, but I did not find it strong at all. Not strong enough to cut through serious coffee breath, garlic, onions, etc.
I believe its better as a "fresher upper".
If you ate a hearty lunch do not trust this to keep it fresh for that 1pm appointment.
They do have a traditional Supermint flavor I will try.
Full Sized 3.79$ also at Target Allure Beauty Box review
